Our one-bedroom, Camellia, is 702 square feet wide while the two-bedroom Gardenia takes up 991 square feet of space. Spanning over 1,143 square feet of space is our three-bedroom Magnolia, the largest unit. Each home is cable and internet ready and is outfitted with classic finishes and quality appliances. Pet Policy

Pets - allowed
  • Comments: Pet deposit $100 per pet. Non-Refundable pet fee $300 and $200 additional pet. Pet rent $20 per pet.
  • Restrictions: Dogs considered to have aggressive tendencies: German Shepherd, Anatolian Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Bull Dog, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Bullmastiff, Akita, Chow Chow, Wolf-Dogs and Wolf Hybrids, Doberman (full), Airedale. Additionally, mixed breeds of these dogs are also restricted. This list should not be considered all inclusive. Please remember some breeds have nicknames and most have variations of their breed.
